ROLE DETAILS
My client is a technological and market leader in 3D Printing and Additive Manufacturing technologies. Our extensive and versatile portfolio of 3D printing systems, material solutions, software, processes, and applications enable broad markets to transform traditional manufacturing processes and enable applications that were previously impossible through advanced manufacturing techniques. It is the goal of this position to broaden and secure the science and technology pipeline.
As a Research Associate, you will:
- Work with the team to develop and test new products pertaining to our organ-on-a-chip platform
- Test and improve product workflows
- Run cell-based experiments that validate the function of organs and diseases developed with our technology
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years of mammalian cell culture
- 3D culture systems
- L/D, IHC, RT-qPCR, Flow analysis, and ELISA
- Fluorescence and confocal microscopy
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in biology , bioengineering or relevant area of scientific research
- Experience with design, execution, and analysis of diverse cell biology and tissue engineering experiments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive experience documenting, analyzing, interpreting experimental data
- Excellent organizational skills
- Experience with 3D bioprinting is preferred but not required
