JOB DETAILS
As a Junior Quality, Process & Certification Specialist, you will contribute significantly to upholding and enhancing our quality standards, optimizing processes, and assisting with certification efforts. This role is ideal for individuals in the early stages of their career who are eager to develop within the field of quality and process management.
- Inspecting, testing, and measuring products using metrology instruments (e.g., calipers, roughness gauges, micrometers, 3D scanners) and generating control reports
- Ensuring product compliance with internal and external standards and requirements by monitoring operations and reporting inconsistencies
- Collaborating with the Technical Department to define product quality requirements and develop control plans
- Reporting non-conformances in products and processes, addressing quality issues, and conducting root cause analysis
- Assisting in both internal and external audit activities
- Supporting the definition and establishment of internal process standards
- Contributing to the drafting of internal process procedures in alignment with internal requirements and external regulations
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong ability to create technical documents and presentations
- Understanding of manufacturing technologies and tolerances
- Basic knowledge of inspection techniques and quality control methods
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or EN 9100 Quality Standards is a plus
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Aerospace, Management Engineering) or a related field in Quality
- Proficiency in both Italian and English
