ROLE DETAILS
This person will be responsible for providing remote and on-site support to customers, resolving issues related to computer systems, electronics, hardware, and product performance. Acting as the first point of contact for technical assistance, the technician manages customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, ensuring swift and effective problem resolution. By addressing concerns promptly, the role directly contributes to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Customer interactions are tracked using a dedicated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring transparency and continuity in support.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
- Technical background with 3+ years of proven experience in troubleshooting and installations.
- Proficiency in hardware and software systems.
- Proven experience in fault diagnosis.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Competence in conducting equipment startup and customer training sessions.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability for travel within Italy and internationally.
- Ability to interpret electrical diagrams and mechanical exploded views.
- Proficient in rapid problem-solving to address user requests promptly.
- Collaborative team player with a focus on achieving collective goals and developing diagnostic tools.
- Demonstrates precision, ensuring high quality and meticulous control of work outcomes.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Diploma/Degree in in mechanics, mechatronics, or related fields.
- Proficiency in both Italian and English (spoken and written).
