Global 3D Printing, Print Management and IT Recruitment Agency

In 2014, we noticed a seismic shift in technology companies’ recruitment needs. Their products were developing fast, and they needed people with highly specialist skills who could keep pushing the boundaries of what's possible. But those people were really, really hard to recruit using a traditional agency model.

3ecruit was founded on the notion of being invested in a single niche industry and remaining agile as it changes. As a specialist 3D printing recruitment agency, we soon started working with several global clients. Some loved working with us so much that they asked us to recruit for IT and print management jobs, too. Staying true to our values, we hired specialist recruiters who knew the industries inside-out before saying yes.
